Any product(s) and/or images supplied by Maid of Shade ® to you, may not be copied, modified, reverse engineered, remanufactured and/or disassembled in any way, shape or form.

Any product(s) purchased are for personal and/or resale use only.
All images are for illustrative, personal and informational use only and shall always remain the intellectual property of Maid of Shade ®.

Maid of Shade ® shall always retain any and all ownership rights to the intellectual property, patents, designs, trademarks, images and/or copyright to any and all the product(s) sold and/or shown on this site.

The "Dispatch Policy".

Dispatch Policy

As this site uses a third party payment provider - currently PayPal, it is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure correct delivery address details are up-to-date with the provider PRIOR to checking out.

Details provided by the payment provider on behalf of the customer are used as the dispatch address for all orders received.

Maid of Shade takes no responsibility and has no liability whatsoever for goods dispatched to an incorrect address provided by the payment provider on behalf of the customer. Any claims for refund as a result of an incorrect address provided by the payment provider on behalf of the customer are void.

Privacy Policy

Due to the nature of the internet, our Web server recognizes certain information from each visitor to our Website. Information is transmitted to us automatically, such as your IP address and the browser you are using. The information collected is used for statistical purposes and also to improve the content of our Website. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail and information volunteered by the consumer, such as feedback information. This information is for internal review and also used, only by us, to contact customers for marketing purposes. We treat the information we collect from you as confidential. We will not reveal, disclose, pass on, sell, rent, distribute, share or licence to any third parties, any personal information that you may have provided to us, unless we have your express consent to do so.

For the purposes of marketing, should you not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know.

Returns/Refunds Policy

Returns are welcome subject to the following conditions:

	Any return, refund request &/or faulty product claims are made strictly within 28 days of purchase.
	Any return, refund request &/or faulty product claims require the original sale receipt as proof of purchase accompanied with a completed returns form.
	Any return postage is at the customers’ own expense
	Products that are found to be non-defective will incur a 10% Re-Stocking fee.
	The customer is responsible for the products during return transit.
	Maid of Shade® has no responsibility whatsoever for any product(s) lost in transit for returns.

Products should be returned via Express Post or Registered Mail, so the customer has a tracking record of any such return.
