Returns / Refunds Policy
Returns are welcome subject to the following
conditions:

Any
return, refund request &/or faulty product claims are made strictly within
28 days of
purchase. |

Any return,
refund request &/or faulty product claims require the original sale receipt
as proof of purchase accompanied with a completed returns
form. |

Any return postage is at the customers’ own expense |

Products that are found to be non-defective will incur a 10%
Re-Stocking fee. |

The customer is responsible for the products
during return transit. |

Maid of Shade® has no responsibility whatsoever
for any product(s) lost in transit for returns. |
Products should be returned via Express Post or Registered Mail, so the customer
has a tracking record of any such return.
